Discover What Your Soul Really Wants - a Tincture

I've been taking in a lot of news lately. Probably more than is good for me, if I'm honest.

And somewhere in the middle of all that - people struggling to fill the tank in the car, to keep food in the house, to keep their heads above water at all - I started asking myself a hard question. Does something like this workbook even matter right now? With everything feeling the way it does, is soul clarity work a thing I have any business asking women to spend their time and money on?

I sat with that for a while before I kept going. I want to sit with it here too, because it deserves more than a quick deflection.

Here's where I landed.

Discover What Your Soul Really Wants - a Tincture

I'm not asking anyone to pretend things are fine. They're not, for a lot of people, and if you're someone right now whose whole capacity is going toward keeping the lights on, this workbook is not where your energy belongs. I’m super clear on that.

There will, very likely, be another round of this later.

But for the women who do have some room - even a little, even an afternoon - I think this work matters more right now, not less. We're at a strange tipping point. A lot of what's felt stable isn't anymore. And in times like that, it gets easier than ever to let outside noise decide what should matter to you. What you should want. What you should be worried about. What you should be chasing, or fixing, or fearing.

Bringing things back into balance, for me, doesn't start with fixing the outside noise. It starts with getting quiet enough to hear what's actually true, underneath all that should.

That's what this workbook is for.

So - what's actually in it

It's six short sections, and they build on each other on purpose.

  • Magnetic pulls - what you gravitate toward with no agenda, no audience watching

  • Childhood artifacts - what you loved before anyone taught you what was practical

  • Emotional resonance - what moves you, what you can't look at without something in your chest doing something

  • Energy signatures - where you lose track of time, in the good way

  • Pattern recognition - laying it all side by side and finally seeing the shape of it

  • Integration - one small, doable next step. Not a life overhaul. Just the next breadcrumb.

Pattern recognition is my favorite part, hands down. Most things that talk about this idea - finding what your soul actually wants - stop right around where the questions end. They hand you a stack of reflections and just sort of expect you to get it on your own. Figure out what it all means. Connect the dots yourself, good luck.

This workbook doesn't leave you there. It actually walks you through laying your own answers side by side and asking what they're pointing toward, together. That's the part I think most of this kind of work skips, and it's the part that actually matters.

Who this tends to be for

Not the woman with a five-year plan already mapped out. She's probably fine without this.

This is for the woman who's functioning. Getting it done, usually well. And who, if she's honest, can't remember the last time she wanted something simply because it called to her, rather than because it made sense.

What the live call looks like

The live call is a two-hour co-working session on Zoom. You're not there to listen to me talk at you. You're there to actually sit with these questions, in real time, alongside other women doing the same thing - so this doesn't become one more well-meaning workbook that ends up on a shelf.

It's June 28th, 2026 at 1pm Eastern. If you've got the workbook already, this is where it stops being homework and starts being something that actually happens. If you don't have it yet, you can grab it and join us at the same link.

If you're finding this after Sunday's call, the workbook still works perfectly well on its own, and I'll let you know when we gather live for it again, likely later this year. The best way to hear about that first is Field Notes from the Apothecary - my free weekly letter, and the first place I mention anything before it goes anywhere else.

Whatever you decide about this live call, I hope you find some version of this for yourself this week. Even five quiet minutes with the question of what's actually true for you, underneath everything you've been told should matter instead.

That's not nothing. Some days, it's the whole thing.
