FAQ

Here’s how to get the most from this experience:

  • Things like:

    • "I'm feeling stuck about..." rather than "Should I do X or Y?"

    • "What do I need to see about this situation?" rather than "Will this work out?"

    • Open-ended explorations work better than yes/no questions

    • Focus on what you can influence rather than what others might do

  • Totally fine. Sometimes "What do I most need to see right now?" is exactly what's needed.

  • Via email with private links to your files. Check your spam folder and make sure you give me the correct email address!

  • That's what the Guided Expedition is for - or you can always book another reading. ⭐️

  • Absolutely! I love hearing what resonated with you or what came up as you sat with your reading.

    I read every response and truly appreciate you sharing, though I won't be able to respond to these.

    If you'd like a back-and-forth conversation, the Guided Expedition includes that support.

  • They are handmade, bespoke cards that I created to experiment with stepping into various facets and identities, because our identity is SO much more powerful than many people give it credit for.

  • Nope. This one is available for everyone, and since it’s done asynchronously, there’s no worry about times or timezones.

  • I’ll record an audio (or audio and video depending on your choice) of my reading for you, and will send you the link. You’ll want to watch and make any notes to yourself as soon as you’re able.

    Depending on the size of the file, I’ll utilize either Loom, WeTransfer, or Dropbox for hosting the file(s).

  • The recordings will generally be around 30 minutes (give or take).

    Sometimes I speak really quickly, and you may want to slow the recording (which you can do). Sometimes I speak slowly and am listening as I’m speaking in which case you may want to speed up the recording (which you can also do). These factors will impact the amount of time, but generally you can do a listen / watch in about 30ish minutes.

  • I'm in the Eastern US time zone and follow American business days

  • Sometimes I'll feel called to include extra cards or insights - take what resonates, leave what doesn't
