Rooted Mystic is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Angel Sullivan, based in Florida, USA. I offer depth work through archetypal astrology, shadow work, mortality awareness, and practical mysticism - including digital workbooks, courses, and one-on-one consultations.

2. Information I Collect
Information You Give Me Directly
When you use the contact form on this website, I collect your name and email address, along with whatever you choose to share in your message.
When you subscribe to my email newsletter, Notes from the Apothecary, I collect your email address and, if you provide it, your name. You choose to do this - I don't add anyone to my list without their consent.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site may collect basic, anonymized technical data through standard server logs - things like your browser type, the pages you visit, and your approximate location (country/region level). This happens automatically as part of how websites work. I do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising tools.
Cookies

Flodesk
I use Flodesk to manage my email list and send newsletters. When you subscribe to Notes from the Apothecary, your email address (and name, if provided) is stored in Flodesk. You can review their privacy practices at flodesk.com.
Teachery
Courses and digital products are delivered through Teachery. If you purchase a course, Teachery handles the transaction, account creation, and content delivery. Their privacy policy governs any data collected at the point of purchase and enrollment. You can review it at teachery.co.
Squarespace
This website is hosted on Squarespace, which may collect basic technical data as part of hosting services. You can review Squarespace's privacy policy at squarespace.com.
Social Media Links
This site contains links to my profiles on YouTube, Spotify, Pinterest, and Substack. These are simple outbound links - clicking them takes you to those platforms, but no data is shared between my site and those platforms when you click. Once you're on those platforms, their own privacy policies apply.
5. Email Communications
I will only send you emails if you have explicitly opted in - either through the newsletter signup on this site or when purchasing a course.
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and I will remove you from that list promptly. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not affect course-related communications, and vice versa.

This website and its offerings are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact me and I will delete it.

No method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but I do my best to handle your information carefully and work only with reputable services.

I retain your email address and name on my newsletter list for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your information is removed from active lists. Teachery may retain purchase records for legal and accounting purposes in accordance with their own policies.
Messages sent through the contact form are retained only as long as needed to respond and resolve your inquiry.

This site may contain links to external sites - including the social media platforms listed above, Substack, or other resources I recommend. Once you leave rootedmystic.com, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. I encourage you to review the privacy policies of any sites you visit.

If I make significant changes to this policy, I'll update the effective date at the top of this page. I may also note changes in the Notes from the Apothecary newsletter. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
